MANILA, Aug 21 (PNA) — Rescuers have retrieved the body of Interior and Local Government Secretary Jesse Robredo three days after his plane crashed off the waters of Masbate province.
Transportation Secretary Mar Roxas said Robredo’s body was recovered at around 8:15 a.m. on Tuesday, 180 feet deep below sea level.
Meanwhile, local and foreign divers are still looking for Piper Seneca pilot Capt. Jessup Bahinting and co-pilot Kshitiz Chand.
