President Benigno S. Aquino III graces the Awarding of the Seal of Good Housekeeping for Barangay Governance at the Manuel S. Enverga University Foundation (MSEUF), Lucena City Gymnasium in Barangay Ibabang Dupay, Lucena City, Quezon on Monday (September 17, 2012). The Seal of Good Housekeeping reflects the kind of leadership and quality of public service that Local Government Units (LGUs) possess and embody when dealing with their official transactions. The initiative was launched by the late DILG Secretary Jesse Robredo for the improvement of LGUs all over the country. The seal started a moving force for the improvement of local governance.
